Druid Transmogrify Spell Gone Wrong

As members of one of our Tactical Teams dispatched to help quell threats to the realms that are occurring as a result of the E.P.I.C. Event, your team has been sent to the Realm of the Mists to dispatch some hobgoblins that have been wreaking havoc on some unfortunate and defenseless Brownies. Since these tiny and delicate creatures are pretty defenseless against hobgoblins, your job is to get the hobgoblins to transfer back to their own plane, or eliminate them. Unfortunately, as your Druid attempts to transmogrify into a bear to aid in your battle, they have found that the spell is glitching. One of you is now a bunny, which isn’t very helpful in a fray of very angry hobgoblins. If your Druid tries to use the spell again, it will most likely transmogrify someone else into a very unfortunate state. So, mid-battle, the Druid needs to call MHD. Make sure to protect your team!*

Magical Hammer of Death

No adventuring team is complete without a great Warrior, and their magical weapon; except when that magical weapon turns from Fire to Frost, and your Warrior has a weakness to Frost. It can also become a problem when each time someone on the team tries to pick it up, its energies turn to THEIR weakness as well. After the E.P.I.C. Event, we have seen many instances of hardware behaving badly. With all the shifting energies and planar exchanges happening at such a rapid rate after the event, it’s become very difficult for our MHD team to troubleshoot while Tactical Force Teams are in the field. Luckily, one of our specialists is on-call to aid in this dilemma. Obviously, one of your team members’ magical weapons issuing friendly fire is no way to successfully execute a mission, and mid-battle no less! Hopefully your team can hold off whatever threat you are facing long enough for us to work our… Magic… We’re sorry, we had to. What is any stressful situation without a little humor anyway? PS. Watch out for that Ice Wyrm.*

Broken Wand Wood Sprite Mayhem

We’ve all been there. You’re just trying to rest at a bar, tavern, or watering hole of your choice after a, particularly long and arduous journey. Your team is dishevelled, you’ve just yet again taken care of a tactical strike needed as a result of the E.P.I.C. Event, and you just need a rest and some spirits. And then it happens. Your Magician falls out of their chair, their wand snaps, and CHAOS ENSUES. Your team has the unfortunate luck of a Magician on the team who had a wand that was blessed (apparently) by Woodland Fae. That splintered mess that was a weapon is now multiplying into an array of rabid wood sprites, and now the entire public at the establishment are witnesses. This is EXACTLY the type of situation we were trying to AVOID. The cheeky little buggers are everywhere, hair is being pulled, people are being bitten, and there is now a considerable amount of unmentionable bodily excretions getting into all sorts of food and drink. You all know what comes next, that embarrassing call to Technical Support at the Magical Help Desk to help your clumsy Magician fix this mess.*

Necromancer Revenant Attack!

Your team has ventured to the Shadow Plane to take out a rogue Cultist who has pledged himself to the Shadow Gods, and as he is not adept in any sort of magic (except in his mind), promptly gone insane. In his insanity, he has been raising revenants and sending them to random planes of existence to wreak havoc on innocents. You and a Necromancer from the Tactical Field Team have been sent to try and take control of these revenants, send them back to the Shadow Realm, eliminate the Cultist, and then put the revenants to rest. Luckily, you’ve been able to gather them fairly quickly, as many of them have gotten into our realm, here in the land of Mundane, which had been causing much distress (and lots of memory wipe necessity). However, the Necromancer has lost control, and the bond has been broken. It is now up to you to troubleshoot the proper Blood Ritual to draw the revenants back, while various party members find the missing revenants. Hopefully with the aid of the Magical Help Desk, one of our team will be able to put a Shadow Trace on the revenants, and aid the Necromancer in the proper Blood Ritual to draw them back in time!*
